2024 Annual Membership Meeting

If you prefer to submit a hard copy, the document is available for download on the website.

 

Discount:

     Please note that you must check into the meeting for you to be considered having attended, or if you provided a proxy, the individual you designate as your proxy must check in for you to be considered having attended.

 

$10 discount toward FY 2025 annual dues for attending (including proxy).

 

Annual dues are NOT being collected at this time. The annual dues will to be mailed out the beginning of 2025 and due by March 31, 2025.
